Portrait for Resume, June 2, 2021
During the pandemic, my hair got a little longer and my beard got a little grayer. As I worked on my own creativity during these tough times, I felt a need to stand out more in my professional life. One way of during that was to inject more expression and inspiration into my resume. My idea was to add a self-portrait and some hand drawn text (inspired by House Indu
Chili CookOff, May 8th, 2021
The Chili Cookoff is an annual event where my old co-workers get together and judge each other's chili. This was the 5th year we held the event. Every year the last winner needs to add to the trophy. I won last year so the task was up to me. I decided to sculpt legs out of concrete. Also, give the trophy a skirt and fanny pack. I had an armature built out of steel and I
Chimney Rock, April 5th, 2021

Daily Walk, January 15th, 2021
This tree I named the "Hangout". Some days when I walk, there will be various kids hanging out sitting on the large roots that pop up out of the ground under this tree. I've been wanting to draw this tree for a while.
CHRISTMAS 2020
Christmas 2020 had to be the best Christmas I ever had. My daughter and son-in-law treated me to an amazing time in the mountains of tennessee. My granddaughters got to see snow and we enjoyed a night of tubing. It was a little cold but worth every moment. We stayed at an amazing 3 story cabin overlooking the valley. It was truly a special time during covid.
